more contributions to other drivers

I also helped on making functional this dibcom based dvb-t cards. In most of the cases, since dibcom chips are very well supported, the contribution was just to add the device id in the correct places. This was the case of the following cards;

Terratec Cinergy HT Express (USB-ID: 0ccd:0060), once Hans patch was working with other Terratec card.

Pinnacle PCTV73e (USB-ID: 2304:0237)

Asus My Cinema U3000H

Just released a new patch adding support for this card, you can get it here. Just as always it adds support for dvb-t, but not for analog or FM.
